"Good company, good wine, good welcome, can make good people."

We highly value our guests' helpful feedback. We are always open to improvement whenever possible. Having said that, we have been very lucky to have received so many great reviews on TripAdvisor, Google and via this website. We invite you to read some of these reviews straight from the source. We’ll let their sparkling feedback speak for itself.

Fantastic tour, not only entertaining but also informative of the deep history of the city and broader region! The chocolate and wine was delicious and it always helps to have a guide walk you through the process. An increased level of understanding further enhanced the flavors and we can't say enough great things about the tour!

Thoroughly recommended. Brent gave us an insightful tour into Carcassonne town and the Bastide. There we found a delightful chocolatier, an eclectic wine bar and a tasting of both. In between we walked through the streets, soaking up the history & atmosphere, with many interesting tales behind the facades & porticos. Easy paced (well paced) & interactive this is a great antidote to traditional large group history tours. This said, the Cocoa and Grapes were exquisite in their finesse, subtlety & worthy of a repeat tasting!

I went on this tour with my mum and we both had such a wonderful time. Not only did we learn the fascinating history of Carcassonne, we ate the most delicious chocolates and drank some fantastic wines. To anybody visiting Carcassonne, I can’t recommend this highly enough!

Carolyn

What a fabulous time we had! We sampled very generous servings of some of the most beautiful wine and chocolate. I can't recommend this experience strongly enough, the time flew by and I wish we could come back soon and do it all again. Thank you, you really made my husband's birthday weekend extra special.

My friend and I had a fantastic morning strolling around beautiful Carcassonne in the sunshine, hearing stories about the city. The chocolate and wine producers showed a real love for their products which were of a very high standard.  A must do for anyone interested in wine, chocolate or just food in general!

A great way to spend a morning in Carcassonne! Well organised by Brent who met us at 9am and gave us some local history before taking us to a lovely patisserie where we sampled various chocolates. Scrummy! Stopped for coffee before heading to wine shop. How lucky were we that a guy from a local vineyard was there to talk us through his wines. Most enjoyable.

Neither knew chocolate!”
